A large part of the musicians and the invited audience from the arena went to the afterparty of the M.A.M.A 2018 event, which took place at „Olympic Casino Donelaitis“ in Kaunas. Dauguma garsenybių į vakarėlį pradėjo plūsti jau gerokai po vidurnakčio. Most celebrities arrived at the party after midnight.

Before entering the casino, the guests were greeted by a red carpet outdoors, a photo wall was built, and memorable moments were captured by photographers. Fun, drinks and music awaited those gathered inside. They had the opportunity to personally greet all M.A.M.A 2018 awards winners and discuss the eighth music awards ceremony.
